Returns & Refunds

• 14-Day “No Questions Asked” Returns
  You may return your Travel Backpack for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Return Shipping
  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable carrier.

• Refund Processing Time
  Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow at least 14 business days for your refund to be issued back to your original payment method.

  • PayPal Refunds: Due to region-specific regulations, refunds to PayPal may take up to 30 days in certain jurisdictions.
