Ah, shipping and returns—the fine print no one really wants to read, but everyone needs to know. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it fun (or at least painless) so you can get back to planning your next adventure with your new travel backpack.
Shipping: The Journey Begins
Once you hit that “Order” button, our team springs into action like a group of over-caffeinated backpacking enthusiasts. Here’s what you need to know:
- Processing Time: We usually process orders within X business days (unless our coffee machine breaks—then give us an extra day).
- Shipping Speed: Standard shipping usually takes X-Y business days, while expedited shipping gets your backpack to you faster (but sadly, not instantly). We’re still working on teleportation.
- Shipping Costs: We offer different shipping options depending on your location and urgency. Some are free, some cost a little extra, and some make you wonder why you didn’t order sooner.
- International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! However, customs fees and duties are out of our hands. Your country may charge extra fees, and while we’d love to cover them, we also like being able to afford snacks.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your backpack’s journey—think of it as a pre-adventure for your new gear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We do our best to ensure your package arrives safely, but sometimes, the universe has other plans. If your order seems to have taken a detour:
- Lost Package? Give it a little time; sometimes, packages like to take scenic routes. If it still hasn’t arrived after X days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
- Stolen? If your tracking says “delivered” but your porch says otherwise, check with your neighbors first (they might be backpack enthusiasts too). Still missing? Let us know, and we’ll help figure it out.
- Delayed? Weather, customs, and carrier delays happen. We wish we had control over them, but alas, we are not wizards. If it’s way past the expected delivery date, reach out to us.
Returns: In Case It’s Not Love at First Sight
We get it—sometimes, things don’t work out. If your backpack and you just aren’t vibing, here’s how to return it:
- Return Window: You have X days to return your backpack. That’s plenty of time to decide whether it’s “the one.”
- Condition: The backpack must be unused, unscuffed, and preferably not stuffed with travel souvenirs already.
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or we accidentally sent you a tiny coin pouch instead of a backpack), we’ll cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is on you.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within X business days. It’ll go back to your original payment method, so keep an eye on your bank account—it might just surprise you.
- Exchanges: Need a different size, color, or just a second chance at love with another backpack? Let us know, and we’ll set up an exchange if possible.
